Debbie Smith is a graduate of the University of Louisville and brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Her background includes new development, investment analysis, tenant relations, property operations, and asset management across industrial and retail portfolios.

She has led ground-up development projects, acquisition due diligence, and tenant build-outs, while managing operating budgets and financial planning across multiple properties. Her experience includes partnering with tenants, contractors, lenders, and ownership teams to support successful leasing and long-term property performance.

She joined The Dahlem Company in September 2025 and is committed to delivering strong financial stewardship, exceptional tenant service, and supporting the growth of Louisville’s commercial real estate community.
